个人简介:陈涛,博士,研究员。2002年毕业于北京师范大学生命科学学院,获学士学位。2008年毕业于中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,获博士学位。2008-2010年,在美国Case Western Reserve University医学院从事细胞生物学研究。2010-2015年,在沙特阿拉伯KAUST从事植物耐逆分子遗传学研究。2015年入选中国农业科学院青年英才计划(A)”并获择优支持。2015-2019年,在中国农业科学院生物技术研究所工作,研究员,博士生导师。中国农业科学院西部农业研究中心盐碱特色农作物功能基因组与分子改良创新团队,首席科学家。2019年,在杭州师范大学工作,入选卓越人才计划英才三层次,入选杭州市高层次人才C。主持国家自然基金、重点研发计划、转基因专项等国家和省部级项目5项。

 

研究领域:植物分子遗传学

 

研究成果与进展

本课题组长期从事植物逆境胁迫与生长发育研究。以水稻、向日葵、药用植物等为研究对象,立足于鉴定调控植物耐逆、产量、活性成分合成的主要基因,发现其信号传导途径及遗传调控网络,解析调控逆境胁迫影响作物产量、药用活性成分的分子机理,进而挖掘作物及药用植物的遗传资源潜力,为高产育种和高品质育种提供理论基础和基因资源。已发表包括Plant CellNucleic Acids ResearchPlant Physiology等国际著名期刊杂志文章15篇。
